# Invisible

> Invisible is an AI coach that reaches people inside the tools they already use — Slack, Teams, iMessage/SMS, Gmail, Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT — so training, guidance, and practice actually get used. There is no portal to log into: the coaching comes to you. Built by Degreed's AI Labs.

Invisible delivers personalized training, guidance, and practice without asking anyone to learn a new platform. Instead of a course catalog people ignore, an AI coach reaches each person in the channel they already work in, tailors what it sends to their goal and level, and follows up so the change sticks.

It works for a single moment or a full program:
- **Personalized** — a sequenced program generated for the individual (their goal, their last session, their level), not one-off nudges.
- **Bite-sized** — short concept cards a learner moves through at their own pace, ending in a quick check that makes it stick.
- **Interactive** — live practice through a real moment (a skeptical buyer, tense feedback) that leaves the person artifacts they keep: a script, a checklist, a prompt to use.

As a coach it can interview a team to find where coaching will land hardest, run adaptive programs that adjust step by step as each person progresses, and take on assigned tasks (draft the rollout, follow up with stragglers, summarize the week).
